  1. END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR MICROSOFT SOFTWARE
  2. IMPORTANT-READ CAREFULLY: This Microsoft End-User License 
  3. Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you (either
  4. an individual or a single entity) and Microsoft Corporation 
  5. for the Microsoft software product identified above, which
  6. includes computer software and associated media and printed
  7. materials, and may include "online" or electronic documentation
  8. ("SOFTWARE PRODUCT" or "SOFTWARE"). By installing, copying, or
  9. otherwise using the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, you agree to be bound by
  10. the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of 
  11. this EULA, promptly return the unused SOFTWARE PRODUCT to the 
  12. place from which you obtained it for a full refund.
  13.  
  14. SOFTWARE PRODUCT LICENSE
  15. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is protected by copyright laws and 
  16. international copyright treaties, as well as other 
  17. intellectual property laws and treaties. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT 
  18. is licensed, not sold.
  19.  
  20. 1.    GRANT OF LICENSE. This EULA grants you the following rights:
  21.      Software. You may install and use one copy of the SOFTWARE 
  22.     PRODUCT, or in its place, any prior version for the same 
  23.     operating system, on a single computer. The primary user of 
  24.     the computer on which the SOFTWARE PRODUCT is installed may 
  25.     make a second copy for his or her exclusive use on either a 
  26.     home or portable computer.
  27.  
  28.      Storage/Network Use. You may also store or install a copy of 
  29.     the SOFTWARE PRODUCT on a storage device, such as a network 
  30.     server, used only to install or run the SOFTWARE PRODUCT on 
  31.     your other computers over an internal network; however, you 
  32.     must acquire and dedicate a license for each separate computer
  33.     on which the SOFTWARE PRODUCT is installed or run from the 
  34.     storage device. A license for the SOFTWARE PRODUCT may not be
  35.     shared or used concurrently on different computers.
  36.  
  37.      License Pak. If you have acquired this EULA in a Microsoft 
  38.     License Pak, you may make the number of additional copies of 
  39.     the computer software portion of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT 
  40.     authorized on the printed copy of this EULA, and you may use
  41.     each copy in the manner specified above. You are also entitled
  42.     to make a corresponding number of secondary copies for home or
  43.     portable computer use as specified above.
  44.  
  45. 2.    DESCRIPTION OF OTHER RIGHTS AND LIMITATIONS. 
  46.      Limitations on Reverse Engineering, Decompilation, and 
  47.     Disassembly. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or 
  48.     disassemble the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, except and only to the 
  49.     extent that such activity is expressly permitted by applicable
  50.     law notwithstanding this limitation.
  51.  
  52.      Separation of Components. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is licensed as
  53.     a single product. Its component parts may not be separated for
  54.     use on more than one computer.
  55.  
  56.      Rental. You may not rent or lease the SOFTWARE PRODUCT. 
  57.  
  58.      Software Transfer. You may permanently transfer all of your 
  59.     rights under this EULA, provided you retain no copies, you 
  60.     transfer all of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT (including all component 
  61.     parts, the media and printed materials, any upgrades, this 
  62.     EULA, and, if applicable, the Certificate of Authenticity), 
  63.     and the recipient agrees to the terms of this EULA. If the 
  64.     SOFTWARE PRODUCT is an upgrade, any transfer must include all 
  65.     prior versions of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.

  67.      Termination. Without prejudice to any other rights, Microsoft 
  68.     may terminate this EULA if you fail to comply with the terms 
  69.     and conditions of this EULA. In such event, you must destroy 
  70.     all copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT and all of its component 
  71.     parts.

  73. 3.    UPGRADES. If the SOFTWARE PRODUCT is an upgrade from another 
  74.     product, whether from Microsoft or another supplier, you may 
  75.     use or transfer the SOFTWARE PRODUCT only in conjunction with 
  76.     that upgraded product, unless you destroy the upgraded product.
  77.     If the SOFTWARE PRODUCT is an upgrade of a Microsoft product, 
  78.     you now may use that upgraded product only in accordance with
  79.     this EULA. If the SOFTWARE PRODUCT is an upgrade of a 
  80.     component of a package of software programs that you licensed 
  81.     as a single product, the SOFTWARE PRODUCT may be used and 
  82.     transferred only as part of that single product package and 
  83.     may not be separated for use on more than one computer.
  84.  
  85. 4.    COPYRIGHT. All title and copyrights in and to the SOFTWARE 
  86.     PRODUCT (including but not limited to any images, photographs,
  87.     animations, video, audio, music, text, and "applets" 
  88.     incorporated into the SOFTWARE PRODUCT), the accompanying 
  89.     printed materials, and any copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT are 
  90.     owned by Microsoft or its suppliers. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is 
  91.     protected by copyright laws and international treaty 
  92.     provisions. Therefore, you must treat the SOFTWARE PRODUCT 
  93.     like any other copyrighted material except that you may either 
  94.     (a) make one copy of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT solely for backup or
  95.     archival purposes or (b) install the SOFTWARE PRODUCT on a 
  96.     single computer provided you keep the original solely for 
  97.     backup or archival purposes. You may not copy the printed 
  98.     materials accompanying the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.

  100. 5.    DUAL-MEDIA SOFTWARE. You may receive the SOFTWARE PRODUCT in 
  101.     more than one medium. Regardless of the type or size of medium
  102.     you receive, you may use only one medium that is appropriate 
  103.     for your single computer. You may not use or install the other
  104.     medium on another computer. You may not loan, rent, lease, or 
  105.     otherwise transfer the other medium to another user, except as
  106.     part of the permanent transfer (as provided above) of the 
  107.     SOFTWARE PRODUCT.

  109. 6.    U.S. GOVERNMENT RESTRICTED RIGHTS. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT and 
  110.     documentation are provided with RESTRICTED RIGHTS. Use, 
  111.     duplication, or disclosure by the Government is subject to 
  112.     restrictions as set forth in subparagraph (c)(1)(ii) of the 
  113.     Rights in Technical Data and Computer Software clause at 
  114.     DFARS 252.227-7013 or subparagraphs (c)(1) and (2) of the 
  115.     Commercial Computer Software-Restricted Rights at 48 CFR 
  116.     52.227-19, as applicable. Manufacturer is Microsoft 
  117.     Corporation/One Microsoft Way/Redmond, WA 98052-6399.

  119. MISCELLANEOUS
  120. If you acquired this product in the United States, this EULA is 
  121. governed by the laws of the State of Washington. 
  122.  
  123. If you acquired this product in Canada, this EULA is governed by the
  124. laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Each of the parties hereto 
  125. irrevocably attorns to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Province 
  126. of Ontario and further agrees to commence any litigation which may 
  127. arise hereunder in the courts located in the Judicial District of 
  128. York, Province of Ontario.

  130. If this product was acquired outside the United States, then local 
  131. law may apply.
  132.

  140. LIMITED WARRANTY
  141. LIMITED WARRANTY. Microsoft warrants that (a) the SOFTWARE PRODUCT 
  142. will perform substantially in accordance with the accompanying 
  143. written materials for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of 
  144. receipt, and (b) any hardware accompanying the SOFTWARE PRODUCT will 
  145. be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use 
  146. and service for a period of one (1) year from the date of receipt. 
  147. Some states and jurisdictions do not allow limitations on duration of 
  148. an implied warranty, so the above limitation may not apply to you. To
  149. the extent allowed by applicable law, implied warranties on the 
  150. SOFTWARE PRODUCT and hardware, if any, are limited to ninety (90) 
  151. days and one year, respectively.
  152.  
  153. CUSTOMER REMEDIES. Microsoft's and its suppliers' entire liability and
  154. your exclusive remedy shall be, at Microsoft's option, either (a) 
  155. return of the price paid, or (b) repair or replacement of the SOFTWARE
  156. PRODUCT or hardware that does not meet Microsoft's Limited Warranty 
  157. and which is returned to Microsoft with a copy of your receipt. This 
  158. Limited Warranty is void if failure of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT or 
  159. hardware has resulted from accident, abuse, or misapplication. Any 
  160. replacement SOFTWARE PRODUCT or hardware will be warranted for the 
  161. remainder of the original warranty period or thirty (30) days, 
  162. whichever is longer. Outside the United States, neither these remedies
  163. nor any product support services offered by Microsoft are available 
  164. without proof of purchase from an authorized international source.
  165.  
  166. NO OTHER WARRANTIES. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW,
  167. MICROSOFT AND ITS SUPPLIERS DISCLAIM ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EITHER 
  168. EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES 
  169. OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, WITH REGARD 
  170. TO THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT, AND ANY ACCOMPANYING HARDWARE. THIS LIMITED 
  171. WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS. YOU MAY HAVE OTHERS, WHICH 
  172. VARY FROM STATE/JURISDICTION TO STATE/JURISDICTION.

  174. NO LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT 
  175. PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL MICROSOFT OR ITS 
  176. SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR 
  177. CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, 
  178. DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF BUSINESS PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF 
  179. BUSINESS INFORMATION, OR ANY OTHER PECUNIARY LOSS) ARISING OUT OF THE 
  180. USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT, EVEN IF MICROSOFT HAS
  181. BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. BECAUSE SOME STATES 
  182. AND JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF 
  183. LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, THE ABOVE 
  184. LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

  186. Si vous avez acquis votre produit Microsoft au CANADA, la garantie

  203. matΘriel qui n'est pas conforme α la Garantie LimitΘe de Microsoft et 
  204. qui est retournΘ α Microsoft avec une copie de votre reτu. Cette 
  205. Garantie LimitΘe est nulle si le dΘfaut du LOGICIEL ou du matΘriel est
